Fall Festival is on Friday, September 19th.  Our Fall Festival Committee has several needs the week of festival and the day of the festival.  Please sign up to help where you can!

This event is not possible without our fabulous volunteers.  Sign up to volunteer the week of and the day of the festival.

Week of Prep
Sign up to help us prepare the week of the festival. Gather last minute items, and distribute items to aide a more efficient day of set up.
Monday Sept 15th - 9:00-11:00am - Games Preparation
Wednesday September 17th - 12:00-2:00 - Games Preparation
Day of Set Up
Sign up to set up the day of the festival. We will start at 8am with the goal of being ready to go by 4:30pm.
Games Preparation - Friday 8am
Day of Preparation - Put me where you need me. Please indicate time you can volunteer.
Games Preparation - Friday 10am
Set Up Concession Stand
Games Preparation - Friday 1pm
Set Up Tickets/Front Entrance
Falcon Father Grill Setup/Prep
Concession Stand Set Up
Games Preparation and Complete Setup - 3pm
Clean Up Night Of
Many hands make for light work! Sign up to help tear down and clean up after festival
Clean Up - Start Packing Idle Games - 7:30-8:00
Clean Up - Move Large Platforms to outdoor sheds
Clean Up - Help pack small game items and return PTA Room
Clean Up - Pick up Trash
Clean up - take large items back to where they belong
Clean Up Monday After
It's hard to see in the dark! Help us to pick up trash that was missed on the campus grounds, and to return all items to their rightful place.
8:00-11:00 - Finish cleaning up and returning PTA room to functional
