Fall Festival Committee Sign Up

A Falcon Favorite is on the horizon.  Fall Festival is on Friday, September 19th.  Our Fall Festival Committee will be meeting multiple times and there will be multiple ongoing volunteer opportunities in August and September in order to make this a successful event.  Any time you have to give during these months would be greatly appreciated.

Committee Interest

Select which committee you would like to participate on.  Committee leads will contact their committee members and will set up a list of items for the committee to work on.  

Concessions Committee
The concessions committee will select items to sell at the concession stand as well as set up and tear down on the day of the event. Most of the prep work for concessions can be done outside of school hours. They will be in charge of setting up and running the concession stand the day/night of the event.
Falcon Fathers Grill
The Falcon Fathers Grill committee will decide menu for the grill, gather the items and cook and serve meals the night of the festival.
Games Committee
The games committee will run through the games and make sure all items are accounted for. Games are stored at the school therefore the bulk of the work for games will take place during school hours at the school. Game set up and tear down on the day of the event and return all items to storage.
Vendors
The vendor committee will seek vendors to sponsor and attend the festival. These committee members will be present the night of the festival to help our vendors with any needs they may have and help them set up.
Ticket Sales
The ticket sales committee will sell and distribute both pre-ordered tickets and tickets during the festival. Their biggest work will be September 8-18 on their own time packaging ticket orders (both meal and regular tickets), and grouping tickets by 10s for easy sale the night of fall festival.
Communications
The communications committee will produce all communications for fall festival and ensure items are distributed to classrooms, the website, and social media platforms. Most of this work can be completed on own time.
Volunteer Interest during Festival

This event is not possible without our fabulous volunteers.  Sign up to volunteer the week of and the day of the festival.

Week of Prep
Sign up to help us prepare the week of the festival. Gather last minute items, and distribute items to aide a more efficient day of set up.
Day of Set Up
Sign up to set up the day of the festival. We will start at 8am with the goal of being ready to go by 4:30pm.
Clean Up Night Of
Many hands make for light work! Sign up to help tear down and clean up after festival
Clean Up Monday After
It's hard to see in the dark! Help us to pick up trash that was missed on the campus grounds, and to return all items to their rightful place.
