I hope you all enjoyed the 3 day weekend and the short school week! I can't believe that it is already September! Time flies when you're having fun...Speaking of fun, everyone had such a great time at the Falcon Fun Run last Friday. A HUGE Thank You to all of our parent volunteers who came out to help with water and marking laps. You can see photos from the event on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram social media pages. It's National Art Week! What a great time to mention REFLECTIONS, a National PTA sponsored arts recognition program that encourages artistic expression. The Reflections theme for 2018-2019 is “Heroes Around Me.†Students are challenged to use their imagination to create a film, song, artwork, photograph, poem, short story or dance routine. Students can enter as many times as they would like in as many categories as they would like. There will be more information to come, but you can learn more about this program and how to enter here.
